STEP 3: TREATMENT
Treatment modalities involve more than just a “band-aid” as we don’t just make things pretty or sound good. During the production stage, we may conduct more in-depth research to ensure that our treatments meet your specific needs. All treatments are spelled out in detail so you know exactly what you get along with an estimate of total costs. Although we offer package deals, in many cases, one size doesn’t fit all. And, we never push for and charge for more than what you absolutely need. Copywriting drafts, design comprehensives and/or project plan outlines are presented with unlimited revisions to final selections (within reason). Services are rendered by only high qualified and skilled “shok technicians” (copywriters, designers, programmers, marketers, etc.).
STEP 4: DISCHARGE
Upon completion, all works are delivered to you in the required formats whether for print, web, mobile, electronic, mulitimedia, etc. We ask that you to carefully review all works before discharge but we always provide follow-up support if you ever need additional assistance. We expect full payment upon completion and may require a deposit at the initial phase of the treatment. We do offer special pricing for packages, as well as several easy-pay payment options.
